COVID 19 Member PROTOCOLS

The health and safety of members, staff, and guests are of paramount importance. In that regard, we need all parties to follow a variety of measures that meet Massachusetts, Boston, and CDC guidelines. These rules could change based on future State and City mandates, which the Club will meet and could exceed.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR STAFF IS ADHERING TO THE FOLLWING STANDARDS AND PRACTICES:

  • All staff must wear face coverings and have received training about social distancing and hygiene protocols.

  • Staff are also required to do temperature checks before coming to work, and no one with any signs of illness is allowed to work.

  • We’ve modified office and other spaces to comply with social distancing parameters.

  • Hand washing and sanitizing locations are available to staff on each floor.

  • We have established thorough cleaning and disinfecting protocols for the entire building, and staff members sanitize high-touch areas regularly.

  • Kitchen staff continue to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and to comply with all COVID-19 safety requirements.

WE ARE ASKING MEMBERS AND GUESTS TO FOLLOW SIMILAR PROTOCOLS:

  • If you have recently been exposed to COVID-19 or have any symptoms of illness (even minor), we ask that you refrain from coming to the Club.

  • Face coverings are required at all times unless dining and seated at your table.

  • Please adhere to appropriate social distancing.

  • All visits to the Club require a reservation. Call or email the front desk to make arrangements.

  • We can only seat six guests at one table, and tables / chairs may not be moved to create larger parties.

  • If bringing guests, please communicate Club guidelines to them before arrival.

  • If we learn that a member, employee, or guest has tested positive for COVID-19 after having been to a Club activity, we will contact all members who made reservations and were present for that activity. This requires that we have accurate phone numbers (please update yours if there have been any changes).

  • If you learn that someone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19 after having been at the Club, please notify the General Manager so appropriate contact tracing can be implemented.

  • Hand washing is strongly encouraged, and please use our sanitizing stations when hand washing isn’t possible.

  • Masks, gloves, and wipes are available on the console table for those who need them.

  • Please don’t share the elevator with anyone other than the people in your party.

  • The coat room is not currently available.
